Refund policy

At BROKLEN, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We provide a straightforward 30-day return policy, free eligible returns, and no restocking fees.

The return period begins when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

2. Eligible Returns

5. Return Authorization

Please do not send merchandise to an address found on a shipping label, invoice, or public business record unless our customer-service team specifically instructs you to do so.

6. Refunds

After BROKLEN processes a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account depends on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

7. No Restocking Fee

BROKLEN does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

8. Non-Delivery and Order Issues

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us before assuming that the package is lost.

We will review available tracking information and work with the relevant carrier or fulfillment provider where appropriate.
