Shipping Policy

BROKLEN currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders. Any applicable shipping charges or special delivery conditions will be clearly displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

Orders normally require 1–2 business days for handling and processing. Handling time begins after an order has been successfully placed and payment has been authorized. Orders are normally processed Monday through Saturday.

After an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, the estimated standard transit time is 3–7 business days. Transit time begins when the carrier receives the shipment and does not include order handling time. The normal estimated total delivery timeframe is therefore approximately 4–9 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside BROKLEN's reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, transportation disruptions, high seasonal shipping volumes, or other circumstances affecting the carrier or fulfillment network.

Where tracking information is available, tracking details will be provided after the order has been shipped. Tracking information may take some time to become active after shipment while the carrier processes and scans the package into its network.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If you notice that your delivery address was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment where possible, but once an order has been shipped we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If an order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be shipped separately depending on product availability, fulfillment arrangements, warehouse location, or carrier requirements. Where applicable, customers may receive separate tracking information.

Where an order is fulfilled from a location outside the customer's destination country, delivery may be affected by international transportation, customs processing, or other cross-border procedures. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges legally imposed on the customer will be handled according to applicable laws and the terms shown during checkout.
